What hours do you actually work, on average?

Finish: 18:00

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

You must be really hard working, as the first 12 months are difficult. There is a lot to learn and a lot of relationships to build, so you have to accept that all your hard work will eventually pay off.
Also I think it's important to be target motivated, as there are KPI's and financial figures that need to be hit at all times. I think if you are a target driven person this will only motivate you more.

Do you have any interview tips?

There is a 3 stage process for interviews.
The first is a telephone conversation with someone from the internal recruitment team. If you are successful and pass this stage you will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre.
This will test your skills such as presentation, your phone manner and your ability to deal with a difficult scenario. They want to see that you are a confident people person. This will last approximately a couple of hours.
You will then be invited to attend final stage interview if you successfully pass the assessment centre.
This final interview will be with your regional Director and also your prospective manager. If you are unsure what specialism you would like to recruit for, it is not uncommon for more than 1 potential manager to meet with you around this time.
