What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
If I had to advise a person looking to apply... I'd say be a self starter, be confident, be excited by achievement and when you say these things mean it because although the role has many highs it also has lows but its perseverance that makes the success of pushing through a low all the sweeter

Be ready for a role play! It's all about confidence, if you are confident and command a room then you'll be fine so long as you combine it with a desire to gain a result from each interaction. Just keep thinking "how can I gain that little bit more?"
