What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Sociable environment, good buzz in the office, if you do well there's good earning potential on the 25% commission structure when promoted to consultant.
Worst
Working hours can be a bit lengthy (same as any recruitment company). But you don't take work home with you which is a pro.
