Best

The career progression is fantastic. if you are willing to put in the work, the company will support you and continue to promote you.
I love that my job is challenging and I am always motivated to succeed by my manager.
I love being able to interact with professionals and manage my own day to day work as if it were my own business.
I have a brilliant team and the working environment is always enjoyable.

Worst

The days can be really long and there is not a lot of flexibility.
