Best

Helping people understand their potential and help them be rewarded for their skills and expertise.

The recruitment market is very competitive, like an F1 race, every driver wants to win and make sure their candidate gets the job, I just happen to be in the fastest car.

A management team that empowerment and trust to get on with your work, whilst supporting you in any way they can.

Worst

Lots of up's and down's. Resilience is a key character trait for this profession.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £19,000 - £21,000

Current salary: £21,000 - £23,000

What hours do you actually work, on average?

Start: 08:00

Finish: 17:00

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Do you research into what a recruitment professional actually does. This won't be for everyone due to the specific characteristics required.
