What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
For anyone applying to work with Hays I would advise you to look into what being a recruitment consultant is about, what would be expected of you targets wise etc. Then to just go for it, as long as you have a general idea of what will be expected and you are ready and willing to learn then you could have a great career with Hays.
