What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be ready to work hard to receive the rewards. Recruitment is a race and you need to have the drive and motivation to hit your targets. Patience and persistence are key and when something knocks you back, you need to be able to pick yourself up and move on quickly. Be open to learning from everyone around you, whether they are more junior or senior.
