What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Structured CV - have a nice structured CV with your job duties and previous achievements on. Have a few different CV's and covering letters so they are tailor made for different types of roles.
Do you have any interview tips?
Personality - working in recruitment I know that the most successful candidates I place are the ones with the best personalities. It's important to have the knowledge but just as important that you get along with people as you'll sometimes spend 8+ hours a day in an office with these people.
Researching the company you applied for - researching a company is impressive but it also gets you excited, this then comes off well in your applications and interviews.
