Take the time to think hard about whether or not you want to pursue a career within recruitment because if you are not 100% dedicated to the job you will not succeed.
Do you have any interview tips?
Firstly, when asked a question take a moment to think about your answer and make sure that your answers are clear and directly linked to the question. Secondly, when asked about your experience and level of skill, don't try to lie. Just be honest about what you are good at and what you are not so good at. The third piece of advice I can give, is make sure you let your personality show. Not one person comes from the same background when joining Hays ! It's your personality and ambition that will determine whether you are offered the job or not.
