Best
Senior management do their best to identify capable and ambitious individuals and will try to retain/nurture them.
Worst
Pressure that comes part and parcel of any sales role.
Work can feel short-sighted at times i.e. only ever looking at forecasts for this month and max 2 months into the future.
Work can feel repetitive at times.
Large amount of rejection and fruitless work before seeing the reward.
