What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be confident, do your research and make sure you understand what recruitment involves. Make sure you relate any of your past experiences and personal traits to the role (eg sales experience, communication, dedication, people skills etc)

ask questions, demonstrate your knowledge of the company and the role
Be confident and make sure you come prepared with examples from personal experience (eg an example of overcoming an obstacle, competitiveness etc)
Dont worry too much about having recruiter specific experience, you can relate experience from university or any job roles if youre prepped
