What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

To ensure that you are completely dedicated to working hard and building a successful career. It is not a job to go into just because you are unsure about what to do. You need to be very focussed, driven and passionate to want to succeed and put the time and effort in to do so. This isn't a 9-5 steady role, the harder you work the more you will earn and progress.

Do you have any interview tips?

Don't worry to much about heavily researching the typical info about the company. Concentrate on your personal attributes and when in the assessment day try and put as much of who you are into the role plays etc. They will be looking for someone tenacious and confident in their skills, you need to be enthusiastic and passionate and commercially aware. Dress in corporate attire & allow yourself enough time to get to interview - the 4 hour assessment is tough enough without turning up late and flustered!
