Be yourself - be honest and open. Danone looks for people people as it is a relationship business, but don't put this on. Be enthusiastic and really want the job.

Standard competency questions are used, but surrounding Danone's CODE (Committed, Open, Doer, Enthusiasm) so make sure you have examples of how you demonstrate these. Research FMCGs and also the specific Business Unit (Water, Dairy, Baby, Medical) in the market.
