What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

National, worldwide career progression opportunities.
Ability to branch out and be a specialist in a number of different areas. The fact I have AMAZING line management to support me in my career and get the best out of me whilst guiding me is incredible.

Worst

The hours are long - however I don't see this as a negative, to some it may be. But we are here to get hold of our candidates and clients at the right times which may mean speaking to them outside of working hours. You get out what you put in so it's down to you really.

Be yourself! The interview process is tough - there are 4 stages to get through but each motivated me to want to work for Hays even more.

You need to demonstrate your potential to work in Hays not necessarily where you have previous recruitment experience. They also want to see your personality shine through as well as your commerciality.
