What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Good opportunity to have a challenging role straight off the graduate scheme - becoming a Supervisor with direct reports. The company has a progressive attitude to work life balance, you will not be expected to work over your hours and the days are not as rigid as other companies.
Worst
Not the fault of the company, but due to the separation from National Grid there is a fair amount of change. Attitudes to these changes vary depending on who you speak to.

Starting salary: £27,000 - £29,000
Current salary: £33,000 - £35,000

Start: 08:00

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Have examples to back up what you write e.g. competencies.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be yourself, personality is as important as achievements. Have a variety of examples prepared for the competency questions. Don't overthink the assessment centre, the assessors are friendly and want you to be successful.
