What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Think of different examples that show you do things outside of university, so clubs, societies, part time jobs, volunteering etc. don't just talk about your dissertation or third year project... everyone has to do one of them, it won't distinguish you from the other 1000 applications!
Research the company before filling in the forms!
Do you have any interview tips?
For graduates applying to an HR grad scheme at npower I would say just be yourself! Be honest, open, they are looking for people who show initiative and are pro active.
For HR specifically it's good to look up some basics before going to assessment centre so you know a little bit about how HR works. Also good to know how the energy industry works as it's likely to come up in your interview/case study!
