What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Convey your knowledge and understanding of and interest in the organisation and all that it does.

Give some thought and demonstrate how your previous experience and interests could positively contribute to the vision/aim and work of the organisation.

You do not need to have a science background to work here, although an interest in science could make the role more enjoyable for you.

Do you have any interview tips?

Be yourself. People who work in the organisation are very friendly and it's important for them to get to know you, as employing someone is arguably more down to their personality than their skills.

Make sure you have read up on the organisation's strategy and recent news on their website.

Make sure you have investigated who will be interviewing you if you are given their names.

Ask yourself what you would like to know about working there/the role before going to your interview. Then make sure you ask any questions that haven't been answered by the end of your interview.
