What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
To seize the opportunity and showcase your interest in gaining a broad experience in the energy sector. Also be aware of the challenges in terms of moving location and therefore flexible on moving around as this is part of the scheme and expected.
Do you have any interview tips?
Most of the interview questions were competency based e.g. how have you overcome challenges, worked as part of a team, give me an example of a time when etc...
Make sure you also have a sound knowledge of the energy industry, for instance keep up to date with the news and current affiars related to it.
