What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Research the company well and make sure that it's a company that you want to work for. Be prepared for a challenge and make sure you have examples of leadership / team work and other useful skills in the forefront of your mind.
Morgan expects a lot from its graduates and you should expect a lot from Morgan, don't be afraid to ask questions and find out if the role is really right for you.
Do you have any interview tips?
The interviews are not designed to catch you out, you can learn a lot about the company on the website and reading financial reports. Be relaxed and be yourself, prepare some questions for your interviewer and for the assessment centre - have a big breakfast! It's a challenging process but will really give you the opportunity to shine.
