Best
Lots of opportunities available to be able to learn and develop, and lots of people who are willing to help, even if you don't ask.
Worst
Not necessarily a bad thing, but there are so many things to learn and so many people to speak to that it could become overwhelming if you're not focused.

Starting salary: £29,000 - £31,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Do your research on the company and see if/how it matches with your personal ethos and values.
Also, don't be afraid to put everything out there and show who you are.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be yourself, don't try and pretend to be something you're not or say things you don't truly believe - it'll be noticed easily.
Show an interest and ask lots of questions, but don't worry if at times you don't have much to say.
Be prepared, but don't stress - if there's something you don't know, hold your hands up and say.. don't try and blag it.
