What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Do your research on the business, this organisation leads strongly with its culture and will likely be a 'great fit' or one that feels very unnatural to an individual. Make sure you have a clear reasoning for wanting to follow the career you are applying for and that you are able to demonstrate working in teams, driven, motivated and able to influence and persuade.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be prepared for a wide range of activities, I'm afraid to say the cliche but it really is the best advice I can give, but be yourself. If you are right for the role they will see that come through. Enjoy the dinner & night before and the day itself is enjoyable while challenging at the same time.
