What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Do not worry too much about your knowledge of IT going into the role, it is not what they are looking for. Focus on your ability to sell and any experience you may have had in sales. If you don't have any, focus on examples where you have excelled in competitive situations (e.g. sports).
Be prepared for a long, difficult and gruelling assessment centre.
