What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Opportunity to grow your ever-expanding network with both customers and vendors.
No two days are the same - variety and spontaneity. You must be prepared to drop everything at the last minute and change accordingly.
Contact with senior management and the opportunity to learn so much. Put in the spotlight and encouraged to challenge and ask questions.

Worst

For the first 6 months there isn't that much opportunity to get hands on. There is a lot to learn and a lot of information to assimilate.
Highly competitive and constantly under pressure to be 150% every day, even if you don't feel it.
Male dominated industry with a lot of egos which as a woman, can be rather intimidating.
Can sometimes feel stale due to the tenure of some of the employees and feel as though there is a lack of an innovative outlook which is frustrating.
