Current salary: £41,000 - £43,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

There were 3 stages to my application process: submitting my application, answering some online questions about why I was suited for the role and lastly the assessment centre.

Do you have any interview tips?

The assessment centre that I took part in was completed online and lasted a few hours. There were 3 stages: group task, case study/presentation and the getting to know you interview. All stages were very relaxed and all of the staff conducting the stages/interviews were super friendly.
Typical questions as part of the interview were: why did you apply for the scheme? why do you think you would be fit for the role? what experience do you have?
I was also asked if I had any questions about the role/scheme so I would advise coming prepared with your own questions to show your interest.
I was also advised that my knowledge of the company, their values and what their goals were aided my application so I would advise researching the company beforehand.
