Best
There are lots of people that want to see you succeed therefore there is always a helping hand available, you are never stuck.
Worst
Working weekends but that is sales!

Starting salary: £29,000 - £31,000
Current salary: £41,000 - £43,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
For this particular company, be yourself. Be honest in your application and include anything that makes you stand out every if you don't think it is of great importance because you don't know what some people will pick up on.
Do you have any interview tips?
This was the most relaxed and friendly interview process that I went through personally. Be yourself and be open and honest, this is a real peoples people company so the more you can relax and be yourself the easier the process will be (I know relax is easier said than done!).
