What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

First of all, only apply for this if you are a) willing to relocate, b) willing to take on a lot of study work outside of your day job.
Secondly, be prepared for the online tests- there isn't any revision you can do for them, but make sure you are in a quiet room with no interruptions and that you are focused on the task at hand.

Do you have any interview tips?

I was asked about experience I have had leading others- this does not have to be in a professional setting.
The best advice I can give for the assessment day is to enjoy yourself. It sounds cliché, but as they day involves several different activities and is quite full-on, it is best to settle into it and get to know your fellow interviewees. I found that everyone running the assessment was very friendly and it seemed like they really wanted us to be successful, which helped me to relax and be more confident. The main difference between the Capita assessment and the ones I have had with other companies is how welcoming everyone. Since I was successful with Capita, I believe that really helped!
