What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be yourself and let your personality shine through. Make sure that you know a bit about the company and role so you don't get caught out. At the end of the day just act in a way that would make you hire someone if the roles were reversed.

Do you have any interview tips?

Questions are very much experienced based so asking when have you done ....? Or tell me about a time when ....? So make sure you have a bank of experiences to fall back on. Also take an interest in the interviewers, ask them about their experiences when/if given a chance.
