What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
To be a good fit for the scheme you need to be quite flexible and have good adaptability skills to be able to cope with relocating every 8 months. Make sure you show good communication/people skills and drive for results.
Do you have any interview tips?
The recruitment process is similar to other graduate schemes. Prepare for numerical, verbal and logical tests and prepare for a competency based interview. At the assessment centre you'll also have to take part in a group exercise and do a presentation which you'll be able to prepare in advance.
