What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be proactive - The way to get the best out of working at Capital One is to be proactive - get yourself a to-do list and keep on top of it. This helps to keep me motivated and people are always happy when you get done what was asked of you.
Listen to others - It's beneficial to take time out to listen to other peoples thoughts/ opinions. You don't always have to agree with them but it helps to spark useful conversations and it often works out best when you come to some sort of mutual agreement.

Come prepared to the interview - do some research on the company and have some idea of what is required from the different job roles and where you could see yourself fitting in.
