What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
My advice for someone interested in applying for a position in TK Maxx is to research and read up on the company. I would particularly focus upon it's unique business model and be aware of how it compares to other conventional full price retail business models.
Do you have any interview tips?
The interviews at TK Maxx are primarily concerned with finding out who you are as person and how well you are able to work as part of a bigger team.
One of the major things to consider when applying for TK Maxx and/or when attending an assessment centre, is to ask yourself how comfortable you feel working with uncertainty (working in the grey) on a daily basis. Whether it be with daily tasks or long term goals, as due to the fast paced nature of the business it's difficult to know all the information, outcomes, possibilities, eventualities etc. all the time, with the role requiring fast paced decision making and thinking.
