What hours do you actually work, on average?
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself - focus on getting across the type of person you are as opposed to scripting answers on the company's performance etc.
Understand the culture of the company - there's lots of information on the website detailing with what a TJX employee looks like.
Do you have any interview tips?
Mainly generic interview questions - biggest weakness, a time when you've lead, a time when you've been pushed out of your comfort zone etc. etc.
Be prepared for group tasks - be vocal and involved but not overly assertive. They are looking for people who can talk and communicate with others, not who can shout the loudest.
