Best

- the team
- the work varies from each project
- the opportunities to grow in the team and company
- everyone likes to provide a helping hand
- everyone listens to what you have to say
- there are no silly questions, just ask and you'll get an answer no matter how long you've been in the company

Worst

- deadlines: especially when they are set by clients with very short dates for a large piece of work
- salary's on offer are much lower against the market rate
