Confidence and commercial awareness is everything, get to know the local business market, don't be fooled by the complexities of the job, it can be stressful but the actual processes are not difficult.
Drive and determination are key, you have to be able to put your head above the parrapit if you can do that the business will push you to achieve everything you want to achieve.
