What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
I would advise applicants to research the recruitment industry well prior to attending interviews, as it is quite a niche industry where everything isn't as easy as it seems. I would advise doing a lot of research on Hays as a business and comparing them with other agencies, as you will soon find that Hays are massively ahead of all other recruitment companies for various reasons.
Do you have any interview tips?
At interview, my main piece of advice would be to come across confident and show that you are keen on the role and company. You really need to show that Hays are the company you work for.
