Best
The people are great.
The early responsibility and exposure to senior stakeholders is amazing.
The technical and people challenges are always changing which means a variation in what the job requires.
Worst
The travel can take a toll during the week - it can feel a bit nomadic as a lifestyle which suits some people, not all.
