What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Level of trust in employees. We are allowed to work from home and given schedule flexibility, so long as we submit our timecards and work is done on time.
Worst
We were recently bought out by a big American company of dubious ethics, and it's really impacted how some of the team view working here.

Starting salary: £27,000 - £29,000
