What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
-The team are very helpful, understanding and supportive.
-The variety of tasks to complete mean that no 2 days are the same.
-The ability to go out to sites with crews to develop my technical understanding.
-The ability to be involved in projects outside of my BAU work.
-The location and parking are great.
Worst
-Quite an early start in comparison to University hours.
-Sometimes there are a lot of spreadsheets/ back office checks to complete.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Apply early, the assessment centres were fairly early on - November I think.
