Starting salary: £15,000 - £17,000

Current salary: £25,000 - £27,000

What hours do you actually work, on average?

Start: 7:00

Finish: 17:00

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Make sure you are really committed to working in recruitment. It is a sales based role and requires you to be driven and determined to earn money. The help and support through the training and development is given to you however I would outline why you are driven to work in a competitive, sales recruitment environment on your CV. Having it spell checked and everything like that is a given. Don’t be afraid to put extracurricular activities such as sports or volunteer work. I know the internal recruitment team like this in a person.

Do you have any interview tips?

Be yourself. The internal recruitment team will want to find out more about you outside of work. It’s as much about the opportunity and Leap29 being the right business for you as well as your credentials being what the internal recruitment team and the managers look for.
