What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Each day is different. The work is very reactive and so plans can change quickly which can be exciting. Office and site-based which means that some days can be quite active out and about on site. Opportunity to visit other Severn Trent sites and network with different areas of the business.

Worst

Not a particularly corporate business role (which was what I was initially expecting on a business leadership programme). Can be hard to be organised in a reactive environment.
