- Great support from management
- Brilliant opportunity for progression and management support this
- Good salary
- Good work/life balance

- A lot to do in a day. Sometimes it can feel really busy but you have a support network, and be sure to use it
- Not the most direction from a graduate perspective. But a lot of direction in each placement
- Can't choose the location, but DHL is quite flexible

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Make sure you answer it honestly and don't try to answer what you think the interviewer may want to hear. You need to make sure you fit the role and you want it to be enjoyable.
