Do you have any interview tips?

Assessment centres involve three activities, firstly a group discussion session relating to a current industry topic such as training, diversity, skills shortages, trading economy etc. Secondly is an individual activity of decision making assessment where you must present your proposal for a development in a choice of two locations each with its own advantages and disadavantages. Neither are perfect and the activity is designed to determine your decision making and persuasion skills. Finally is a technical interview, engineers should expect to have to draw basic bending moment diagrams and pinned structures.
