Don't be afraid to be cheeky and stand out from the crowd. Answer the questions with smart educated answers but with a twist.
Do you have any interview tips?
Figure out why you want to work for Paddy Power over other companies, and what you think you would bring to the company over other candidates. That doesn't have to be an extensive knowledge of the industry or a huge interest in sport (although that might help) - for example, I had neither of the things mentioned above but I packaged that in a way that I would be a unique team member coming in with fresh eyes and sold it that way.
