What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The best thing is that we can actively see the difference we make in the local communities in which we work. Another thing is the way in which embedding social value contributes to a great work place culture.

Worst

The worst thing can be the lack of communication - we don't shout about the good things we are doing, so no one knows and others aren't able to learn from that!

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £27,000 - £29,000

Current salary: £29,000 - £31,000

Start: 08:30

Finish: 17:00

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

I would encourage applicants to be passionate about people and the culture which the company are trying to create. They want people who challenge the status quo, are innovative and different and who will actively contribute to a working environment which will get the best out of all of their staff.
