What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be honest and be yourself. Know what kind of work you'd like to do as well, BT is huge so there are jobs everywhere, if you know what you're interested in up front it'll be easier for them to find you a place where you enjoy the work.

Look into the state of the Telecom, broadband and tv markets, get to know the key players in the industry and how BT fits in. Remember that providing services to users is what the company is focused on. If you're going for a developer job then brush up on Agile development processes.
