What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Working on interesting problems with lots of lovely people in an environment where office politics just doesn't exist.
Worst
Because software developers do so much in the company and get very involved in everything, sometimes it feels like you just don't get enough time at your desk to write code. However, we're focusing on improving this, keeping design conversations concise and so we are getting more code written now.

Starting salary: £35,000 - £37,000
Current salary: £41,000 - £43,000

Start: 08:30
Finish: 17:15
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Just apply. The application process is made as short and painless as possible to encourage people to apply. The "no experience required" notion really is true - we don't require prior experience and coding may be more enjoyable than you think.

Just be yourself. If you try to be someone you're not, then you will either be offered a job you're not suited to, or won't be offered a job that would have suited you.
