What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The people are wonderful. I am working with really bright people which is motivating and means I learn a lot from them. Also, everyone is lovely. There is nobody I wouldn't get along with.
Worst
We aren't very good at giving out praise which means it can feel really tough. Sometimes you can put in a lot of effort and it will go completely unnoticed.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Current salary: £45,000 - £47,000
What hours do you actually work, on average?
Start: 08:30
Finish: 17:15
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Give it your best shot. It is a short application process so that we don't waste student's precious time, nor our own. We hold aptitude tests regularly on campus and if you're successful, it's then just a case of two interviews.
Do you have any interview tips?
Just be yourself! It is so hard to describe the perfect candidate but we want honest, hard-working, bright individuals irrelevant of degree subject.
