Best
Being able to work on a real life projects that many people will actively use on a day-to-day basis
Worst
As a consultant there's an atmosphere of "professionalism" for lack of a better word - which whilst very enjoyable, in terms of interacting with clients, can become tiring if it's constant all day everyday
