What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
For a technical position, they are interested in things you accomplished on your own time, or larger projects that involve multiple stages and working in a team. Every other graduate with a Computer Science degree has written a fast algorithm to find the shortest path on a map. Give them something interesting that stands out. Don't be afraid to brag about your accomplishments, that is what an application is for.
Do you have any interview tips?
Review technical Computer Science interview material. My interview was not much different that any other C.S. interview at any other tech company. If you can explain your answers and actually have a conversation with your interviewer rather than reading back textbook answers, you will be fine
