What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be enthusiastic and put effort into your application. Lack of previous experience is not a problem (I had very little!), use the application to explain why you are interested in this area. Conveying genuine passion to want to learn and improve goes a long way. Look at the website to get a clearer picture of the company.
Do you have any interview tips?
If you have no programming experience it's worth doing a quick tutorial in a simple language (e.g. python on codecademy) just to give you some experience of the sort of logic you might need to apply. Generally be enthusiastic during the interview and enjoy yourself. Ask questions on anything you find interesting, even if its not directly related to the question you're asked.
