Best
It is a supportive culture where you get to have real impact and responsibility. Exposure to different operations.
Worst
My role is a lot of data work which isn't for everyone.

Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
The online portion of the application is pretty similar to the generic grad scheme process - if you are nervous about those then practice or put some of the companies you are least excited to work for first so that you get used to the process.
Do you have any interview tips?
In my experience at interview and supporting the recruitment events everyone wants you to succeed, no one is trying to trip you up (it felt like that in some of the other grad interviews I attended). I even had a coughing fit in the middle of my interview but because there are lots of different components to the assessment day (teamwork etc.) even if you mess one up you still have the chance to impress elsewhere and a solid chance to get recruited.
